Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or not functioning properly
Significantly different from the product ordered
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification and approval, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement Product
Store Credit (where applicable)


Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
Be returned in its original condition
Include original packaging and accessories
Show no signs of misuse or intentional damage
Be reported within the return period


Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Requests submitted after the return period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible


Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
Customer changes their mind after purchase
Incorrect product ordered by the customer
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Return request submitted outside the eligible return period


Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Eire Cart, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will fall under the return process.
